Dear Helga und Edzard Janssen,

We would like to place a few comments about our stay in the appartment mentioned above.

First of all, we were a bit disappointed not to meet any of you, or another representative for the 'berlinerfewos team'. The waitress in the steak-house was very kind, but she only took the money, gave us a receipt, the keys and one piece of paper with an absolute minimum of information.

Secondly we lived in the appartment for Christmas, and found only one wine-glass and no owenproof dish. But we sorted that out ourselves.

The third comment: On several websites it reads, that there are supposed to be a DVD-player and a HiFi/CD-player available.

We couldn't see such equipment in the Anna 2.

The fourth comment is about the general standard of cleanliness and inventory. Have a look at the pictures here.
